Job Description

Requirements

We are looking for a Software Developer (preferably minimum 4 years experience) who thrives in complex, high-scale environments and is passionate about building reliable, high-performance systems.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in .NET / C#, backend development, system architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Strong technical experience in Linux server administration, system troubleshooting, kernel/network performance tuning, and high availability environments.
  • Proven experience diagnosing complex issues across application, infrastructure, database, and network layers using debugging, profiling, monitoring, and log analysis tools.
  • Solid knowledge of big data platforms, analytics engines, high-throughput systems, database optimization (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL), and performance tuning methodologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Zabbix, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure technologies including CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, and automation scripting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

As our Senior Developer, you are the guardian of system reliability. You will lead the enhancement of our custom big data application, moving beyond surface-level fixes to implement long-term, high-impact architectural improvements.

  • System Ownership: You’ll take full accountability for our analytics engine, ensuring high availability across distributed server environments.
  • The Technical Detective: You will diagnose and resolve "needle-in-a-haystack" issues across the entire stack—from .NET code logic to Linux kernel tuning and network bottlenecks.
  • Performance Architect: You won't just maintain; you will optimize. You’ll analyze system behavior to boost data throughput and efficiency.
  • Proactive Innovation: You’ll build and maintain advanced monitoring frameworks to catch potential issues before they ever impact operations.
  • Collaborative Scaling: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, maintainable technical reality.
