岗位职责
Handle payroll processing using Autocount Payroll
Maintain staff attendance, overtime, leave, and allowance records
Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary processing
Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, EA Form, and Form E
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain proper staff records, contracts, and HR documentation
Prepare HR-related letters and administrative documents
Coordinate recruitment arrangements including interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
Handle general office administration and documentation
Coordinate with outlets, warehouse, and management on staff-related matters
Ensure proper filing and organization of HR and admin records
Assist management with day-to-day operational coordination when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Liaise with external parties, including accountants and relevant authorities, when necessary
Support management in improving HR and administrative workflow efficiency
