Responsibilities:
Ensuring outstanding customer service, leading a team of representatives, and overseeing the overall customer experience. This involves strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsible for day to day operations, ensuring high quality service delivery and contributing to overall customer satisfaction by addressing billing inquiries, request, submissions and complaints efficiently within stipulated level of services (LOS) guidelines in the most efficient and effective manner.
Requirements:
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management or Customer Service from a recognize university.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Customer Service preferably at a utility, telco, courier, insurance, banking or other related service provider industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced and work under pressure environment with minimum supervision.
