We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing network servers, configuring hardware and software, ensuring cybersecurity, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support end-users efficiently. The IT Administrator will also implement system upgrades, monitor performance, and ensure seamless IT operations to support business objectives.

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including:

  • Servers & networks

  • Firewall & VPN systems

  • Printers and plotters

  • Hardware & software inventory

  • User desktop support and training

  • Data backup and recovery solutions

• Conduct regular assessments and propose improvements to enhance IT infrastructure and security

• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and cybersecurity standards

• Provide technical support and training to users, promoting efficiency and best practices

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support

• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

• Expertise in database security, data backup, and recovery strategies

• Hands-on experience with network hardware such as firewalls, routers, and switches

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
