岗位职责
Administrative Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to residents’ / owners’ enquiries and feedback
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Management Office (MO)
Maintain proper filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings
Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and service providers
Assist in handling complaints, maintenance requests, and follow-ups
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in office administration and/or accounts
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
