Responsibilities

Hub Planner is responsible for overseeing and coordinating shipments, developing and optimizing the loading plans for Ship Services operation to ensure efficient use of space and resources, and replenishment of inventory towards Spoke Warehouse.

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments (Crossdock)
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet order fulfilment for Spoke warehouse.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall warehouse efficiency and workflow.
• Create and optimize load plans for trucks, containers, and other transportation vehicles.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient loading of goods.
• Analyze shipment details to determine the best loading patterns and methods.
• Monitor and adjust load plans based on changes in shipment schedules and volumes.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and other logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Use load planning software to develop and manage load plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance load planning efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years experience in load planning, traffic planning, logistics, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in load planning software and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with load optimization and logistics coordination.
• Data analysis.
• Attention to detail.
• SAP ECC & EWM proficiency.
