Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor based in Linggi. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project budgets, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and ensuring cost efficiency throughout all project phases. Day-to-day tasks include conducting cost analysis, providing accurate cost reporting, and ensuring that cost controls are effectively implemented from project initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management strategies
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
• Knowledge of industry standards, contracts, and regulations
• Experience with relevant tools and software for cost estimation and reporting
