Recruitment Process Support
• Provide administrative and operational support for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting coordination, application tracking, and candidate communication
• Coordinate interviews, assessment sessions, and recruitment timelines
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases to ensure compliance and data integrity
HR Policy Implementation
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection
• Support development and updating of recruitment guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulatory requirements
Process Enhancement and Service Delivery
• Support initiatives to streamline recruitment workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancement projects
• Monitor service level standards and recruitment efficiency
• Enhance candidate experience through improved communication and clarity
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect, compile, and analyse basic recruitment metrics and statistics
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively as well as work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with handling different profiles of stakeholders
Contract: 6 – 8 months.
Salary: $3,000/month (diploma holder); $4,000/month (degree holder)
