Role: Regional Sales Manager / Growth Lead
(Enterprise & Mid-Market | Malaysia & ASEAN)
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives on ownership and impact.
Based in Kuala Lumpur (hybrid), this role is your opportunity to build, own, and scale a regional business pipeline across Malaysia and the wider ASEAN market.
You won’t just manage sales—you’ll shape growth strategy, close high-value deals, and influence regional expansion.
What You’ll Be Driving
- Build and scale a strong enterprise & mid-market sales pipeline
- Identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Drive real revenue impact with full ownership of opportunities
- Develop and execute regional sales & go-to-market strategies
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and market insights
- Build long-term client relationships with enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with global delivery and leadership teams to craft winning solutions
- Represent Brain Station 23 at client meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Contribute to scaling our sales structure and regional footprint
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in IT/technology services sales
- Experience building RM 2–3 million pipelines independently
- Track record of closing RM 800K – RM 1M+ deals
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales, deal progression, and pipeline management
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship skills
- Experience using CRM and sales tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Background in software development, IT solutions, or digital services (highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and traveling when needed
