Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Engineer cum Safety Officer located in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The primary responsibilities include designing and maintaining electrical systems, overseeing power distribution and power systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing workplace safety measures. The role involves collaborating with teams to optimize workflow efficiency while prioritizing electrical and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree / College Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems & Safety Compliance
• Familiar with government documentation and reporting process
• Good communication, administration & problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Responsible, proactive and possess good common sense
• Green Book / Safety & Health certification is an advantage
• Retired candidates are encouraged to apply

• Monitor electrical and workplace safety compliance
• Prepare reports and related documentation
• Liaise with DOSH and government authorities
• Conduct routine site inspections and monitoring
• Ensure company safety procedures and regulations are followed
• Handle administrative and compliance matters
• Assist management on operational and compliance-related matters
