Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily logistics operations and ensure efficient delivery fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily delivery operations and driver deployment
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely fulfilment
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues promptly
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Track and update delivery status, reports, and operational records
• Handle escalations, customer feedback, and service recovery
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Support warehouse coordination and inventory movement when required

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Excel, systems tracking)
