Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Support & Collaboration Engineer to provide day-to-day administration and support for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and enterprise collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting end users, managing collaboration tools, and ensuring smooth IT operations across meeting room and communication environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration and support for Microsoft O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
• Manage user accounts, mailbox administration, SharePoint site creation, and access permissions
• Support Microsoft Active Directory (AD) administration, including user provisioning, group management, access control, and directory maintenance
• Assist with Group Policy updates and basic AD troubleshooting
• Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration technologies
• Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco Webex systems and meeting room equipment to ensure seamless conferencing experiences
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for end-user issues related to collaboration platforms and IT systems
• Support compliance recording systems such as NICE where applicable
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure stable operations and timely issue resolution
• Maintain documentation and follow IT operational processes and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex and meeting room technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and end-user support capabilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Active Directory certification is an advantage
• Exposure to NICE compliance recording solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise collaboration and conferencing environments

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
