Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer

Domain: Service Build Engineering (SBE – Build)

Role Type: Developer / Engineer

Experience Level: L3 (6–9 Years)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies, particularly Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.

Minimum Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in Infrastructure Support / DevOps / IaC Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform
• Experience creating reusable Terraform modules and variables
• Proficiency in HCL and JSON for Terraform coding and debugging
• Experience with Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and drift handling
• Experience integrating Terraform within CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of deployment, rollback, and infrastructure automation processes
• Experience integrating Terraform with Ansible and Chef
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools
• Strong understanding of DevOps and configuration management concepts
• Hands-on experience with Ansible playbooks and/or Chef cookbooks preferred
• Ability to work in enterprise infrastructure support environments
• Good communication and collaboration skills
