This is not just a collections role - you’ll play a key part in billing operations, systems improvements, process automation, and customer experience enhancement.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
✔  Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process (billing, collections, reporting & month-end close)
✔  Analyze AR trends, aging, and collections performance to drive improvements
✔  Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing issues and improve customer experience
✔  Identify inefficiencies and drive automation & process enhancements
✔  Work closely with internal systems/engineering teams to improve billing workflows
  
What We’re Looking For
✔  Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔  Fluent in English; Mandarin a bonus! 
✔  Experience in AR, billing, collections, or finance operations
✔  Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and systems savvy
✔  Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, Intercom, etc.) is a plus
✔  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
✔  Willing to work U.S. hours (night shift)
