Role Description

We are seeking a Site Safety Supervisor for an on-site, contract role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role includes ensuring workplace safety compliance, conducting safety inspections, and implementing safety protocols on the construction site. Responsibilities also include identifying potential hazards, delivering safety training to employees, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory safety standards. The Site Safety Supervisor will collaborate closely with site management and workers to foster a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of site safety practices, hazard identification, and risk assessment
• Experience in implementing safety protocols and conducting safety training for employees
• Proficiency in inspecting worksites and reporting unsafe conditions
• Strong communication and leadership skills for promoting safety culture and collaborating with teams
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements
• A minimum of a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or an equivalent qualification
• Certification as a Green Book holder is mandatory
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects preferred
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
