Job Description:

• Follow up with staff daily deployment
• Update client daily attendance via email or WhatsApp
• Answer phone calls
• Assist new member with sign up & guide them on how to use the YY CIRCLE app
• Assist walk-in with registration
• Work closely with manager to fulfil the daily requisition
• Recruit new member & work on the new registration to ensure they are deploy at the sites

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ equivalent
• Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Required Skill(s): Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Able to converse in Mandarin fluently will be advantage - Candidate will need to liase with both clients staffs that is needed to converse in mandarin
• Required to have knowledge in Various Social Media Platform.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer knowledges.
• Training will be provided.
• Available Immediate.
