Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server platforms, and application services to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to alerts, alarms, and incidents identified through monitoring tools
• Perform Level 1 / 1.5 troubleshooting and issue resolution within SLA
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support teams when required
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and support teams for faster incident resolution
• Execute scheduled routines and system health checks
• Maintain operational documentation and incident updates

Requirements

• Experience in Network Monitoring, Server Monitoring, or NOC Operations
• Basic knowledge of network, server, and operating systems
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Comfortable working on rotational shifts

Added Advantage

• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, and related networking protocols
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix
• Familiarity with routing & switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, MPLS)
• Basic understanding of firewall and network security concepts
• Exposure to network performance analysis and monitoring techniques
