work week, 9.00am – 6.00pm
(Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
for programme facilitation)
Location: Central
Salary: $3,550 per month
Responsibilities
Support the planning,
coordination, and execution of reading and literary arts programmes for
youth and adults
Assist with programme
facilitation and on‑site
delivery when required
Coordinate marketing support
for programmes, including preparation of collaterals
Work with partners, assess
partnership and venue sponsorship requests, and explore new collaboration
opportunities
Provide administrative,
logistics, and procurement support for programmes and initiatives
Assist with reporting and
oversee the preparation of programme resources such as reading materials
Requirements
Diploma in Arts, Education,
Communications, or a related discipline
Experience in programme
coordination, events, or community initiatives preferred
Good organisational,
communication, and coordination skills
Comfortable working with
multiple stakeholders and partners
Willingness to support
programmes outside office hours when required
