Job Description

• Implement and maintain procedures to ensure smooth and safe flight operations aligned with company policies and standards,
• Determine and enforce all flight operational standards and practices to uphold safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the flight safety officer to monitor and enhance flight safety measures.
• Manage safety activities and service quality control across all Asia-Oceania airport offices to strengthen operational functions.
• Develop and maintain the Company Operations Manual to reflect current standards and procedures.
• Participate actively as a member of the Emergency Response Team to support crisis management and operational continuity.
• Exercise sound judgment to authorize necessary deviations from policies or procedures to maintain safe flight operations.
• Build and maintain systems that continuously improve service quality at stations within the Asia-Oceania region.
• To support overall organizational operation of safety and service quality management in the region.

Job Requirements

• More than 10 years of airport experience, including the ramp operations.
• Able to travel frequently between Asia and Oceania offices, including Japan.
• Proficiency in Japanese Language is highly preferred as it will enable effective communication with our Japanese-speaking passengers and facilitate interaction with our Head Office.
• Ability to multitask, workindependently.
• Understanding of company’s brand, service & philosophy.
