Responsible for import and export operations and preparing relevant documentation to ensure smooth custom clearance in Singapore and timely shipment
Collaborate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth flow of shipments and timely clearance
Source and manage freight quotations, administer sales and procurement contract
Responsible for sales order fulfilment including but not limited to verify with customers on sales order, generate invoices, after sales service and etc
Manage the evaluation and re-evaluation of supplier performance and services to ensure they meet quality standards
Responsible for resolving quality issues on incoming goods and liaising with supplier to resolve the issues
Responsible for inventory management for both raw materials and finished products
Analyse sales and procurement data to generate reports on sales and raw material movement
Maintain and analyse shipment records to identify potential issues and recommend improvements on processes and/ or documentations
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirement:
At least Diploma in any field
At least 3 years working experience in a similar role with proven experience in handling import & export matters and familiar with customs clearance requirement and processes
Possesses well communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates in China
Able to start immediately or short notice period preferred

Other Information:
Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays (8.00 am – 5.30pm)
Will be travelling to the Company’s subsidiary in Qingyuan, Guangdong, China for on-job training to familiarise the Company’s workflows/ processes
