Company Profile:
Bromar Shipping Pte Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated company specializing in dry bulk ship brokerage services. We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated candidate to join our growing team.

Position: Ship Broker

Location: Suntec City, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain client relationships with ship owners, charterers, and cargo owners to establish long-term partnerships;

2. Coordinate dry bulk chartering activities and facilitate transactions between owners and charterers;

3. Monitor and analyze shipping market trends and freight rate movements, providing professional market advice to clients;

4. Negotiate and confirm charter party terms, assisting with contract execution and follow-up;

5. Coordinate and resolve operational issues during voyages to ensure smooth cargo delivery;

6. Follow up on outstanding payments, including freight, demur rage, and commission settlement;

7. Participate in industry events and client meetings to enhance company brand presence;

8. Complete other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Maritime studies, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields preferred.

Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping terminology, charter party terms, and dry bulk market operations

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in dry bulk ship brokerage or related shipping sectors

Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), with strong bilingual business communication skills.

Others: Strong negotiation skills and market insight; Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
