Job Overview:

The School Programme Facilitator will be responsible for delivering and supporting educational programmes in schools. This role involves engaging with students, ensuring that programme objectives are met, and assisting in the smooth execution of activities as designed by Edublitz and our trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and support the delivery of school programmes in alignment with Edublitz’s standards.
• Engage students in learning activities and maintain a positive and professional classroom environment.
• Assist the lead trainer or programme instructor in coordinating lessons and activities.
• Ensure all programme materials and equipment are prepared and used appropriately.
• Monitor student participation and provide support to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
• Uphold school policies and Edublitz’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide feedback on sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of programme delivery.

Requirements:

• Must be MOE IRS-registered.
• Prior experience in education, facilitation, or working with students is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage groups of students and create an engaging learning environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct.
• Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and programme needs.
• Must be available during school hours (programme schedules may vary).

Additional Information:

• This is a part-time, freelance role based on programme availability.
• Training and induction will be provided prior to programme deployment.
• Facilitators will be matched with programmes according to their skill set and experience.
