Key Responsibilities
Support Sales team with admin and coordination work
Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Sales Orders
Process customer orders and handle enquiries/calls/emails
Coordinate deliveries, demo units, and after-sales support
Liaise with warehouse and accounts for customer matters and payment follow-up
Update sales records and assist with general admin duties
Company mobile phone provided for work use
Requirements
Min Diploma and above
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Admin Support
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Organized and able to handle administrative tasks independently
Experience using AI tools is a plus
