We are looking for a professional, dependable, and service-oriented Private Driver and Family Assistant to support our household with safe transportation and day-to-day family needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, discreet, and capable of managing a broad range of responsibilities — from school runs and household errands to school liaison and administrative matters. Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely and punctually transport the employer, children, and authorised individuals to all required destinations.

· Ensure children's safety at all times and assist with their belongings.

· Liaise with the school on behalf of the family, managing communications and administrative matters.

· Assist with day-to-day household and family administrative tasks as directed.

· Keep the employer's vehicles clean, well-maintained, and serviced at all times.

· Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal affairs at all times.

· Handle ad-hoc errands and miscellaneous tasks with flexibility and initiative.

Additional Information

· Normally 5.5 days work week,also including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and ad-hoc standby when required

· Role may involve short-notice schedule adjustments depending on principal's commitments

Requirements

· Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

· Valid driving licence with a clean driving record

· Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and service mindset

· Able to independently handle school liaison and household matters

· Adaptable and able to handle varied tasks with a positive, can-do attitude
