Your Mission
Business Development & Growth
- Identify, develop, and execute regional business development opportunities across the OR1 product portfolio.
- Build and manage a regional pipeline covering OR1 products portfolio.
- Define and implement regional go-to-market and commercialization strategies.
- Support opportunity discussions and commercial alignment with key customers and partners.
- Identify and develop strategies to support portfolio penetration based on product lifecycle management in both direct and distributor markets.
Sales Enablement & Market Execution
- Lead end-to-end sales support for OR1 products from opportunity identification to launch and scaling.
- Enable local sales teams with clear value propositions, positioning, and selling tools.
- Conduct customer presentations, product portfolio discussions, and executive engagement with all relevant stakeholders.
- Support regional launch planning and track performance against business objectives.
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management
- Work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align portfolio priorities and product lifecycle management.
- Build strong relationships with subsidiaries and distributors to accelerate execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to align portfolio positioning and messaging.
Portfolio & Execution Excellence
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the OR1 portfolio.
- Identify regional gaps impacting portfolio adoption and recommend improvement actions.
- Support harmonization and standardization of OR1 portfolio execution across markets.
- Capture customer feedback to support continuous portfolio improvement.
- Coordinate and follow up on OR1 projects with regional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Your Talents
- Minimum with degree in Engineer/ Marketing/Business or relevant studies and working experience
- 5 years of in regional sales / technical service / business service solutions.
- Proficient in medical product knowledge
- Demonstrated strong regional market understanding
- Strong communication skills to be able to work with various stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Project management skills needed to manage interdisciplinary ad-hoc and team projects
- Proven track record to conceptualize, communicate and execute strategies with a keen focus on commercial viability
- Quantitative and qualitative data crunching & data analysis
- Customer centric mindset: passionate about solving Customers problems and qualify their needs, high level of integration mindset.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and cultures.
- Willing to travel within SEAT country
