Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of endpoint hardware and images consisting of the following but not limited to: Operating System, Software/Applications, Drivers, upgrades, updates and hotfixes. 

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and services, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability of applications. 

• Collaborate with development teams to architect and deploy cloud-native applications. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Wintel and Hyper-V infrastructure, applications, and connectivity. 

• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for Hyper-V environments and virtualized resources.

• Provide administration of back-end infrastructure services with focus on PC Imaging. 

• Support desktop and server related escalations pertaining to Workplace Management tools issues. 

• Perform Quality Assurance testing for changes to endpoint devices. 

• Contribute to the streamlining of daily operational processes, such as automations. 

• Ensure smooth running of daily operations. 

• Update and maintain proper documentation and reports. 

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned. 

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Information System. 

• At least 5 years of experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS Hyper V, Hyper V Manager and Veeam backup

• VCP, Hyper V, Cloud certification are a plus. 

• Proficient in troubleshooting skills. 

• Effective communication skills. 

• Self-driven and ability to work independently.
