Job Description

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Verify pipe specifications, cutting, grinding, and preparation for lamination.
  • Tack the pipes as per spool drawing with precise dimension.
  • Measure, mix, and prepare resins, glass fiber, and other materials according to procedures.
  • Perform GRE lamination procedures with consistency following LAMPRO checklist and spec.
  • Operate tools such as angle grinders, cutters and measurement devices safely and correctly.
  • Conduct dimensional checks and visual inspections.
  • Track and report daily production output and material usage.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
  • Ability to carry physical works.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
