Swing Consulting Limited is an IT consulting firm, we provide wide range of IT solution to our customer including software development, IT infrastructure, Network deployment etc. For company development, we are looking for high caliber candidates with matching background and expertise to respond to current opening for the following position.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and governance to ensure alignment with banking industry standards.
Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Generate comprehensive status reports and analytical dashboards for stakeholder review.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor project risks and issues while implementing change management principles to ensure timely delivery.
Support business analysis and requirements gathering to streamline transformation initiatives.
Maintain high-quality project documentation and audit trails across all stages of the project.
Job Requirements:
University degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional qualifications.
3–5 years of proven experience in project management, PMO, or business analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Solid understanding of the full project management lifecycle (PMLC), project governance, and change management principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities with the capacity to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail.
Proven ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable.
