We are a trusted transformation partner delivering BPO + Digital/AI solutions across high‑growth APAC industries. We build long‑term value through structured market coverage, strategic ecosystem partnerships, and a high‑performance sales engine focused on quality and sustainable growth.

We are now hiring a Regional Sales Development Team to join our core growth team and drive market penetration, opportunity creation, and strategic expansion across APAC.



Position: Regional Sales Development (Hunter Role, Field Sales)


Role Overview

You will be a key hunter focused on opportunity creation and market access across our core sectors: BFSI, Digital Platforms, Healthcare Ops. You will identify, qualify, and build qualified pipeline for the sales team, leverage strategic partnerships, and support our structured GTM coverage model to expand market share and secure high‑value engagements.


This is not a typical sales role, you will own opportunity generation, work with enterprise clients and key stakeholders, and operate within a professional, structured, and high‑impact sales system.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify and generate qualified new business opportunities within target industries and priority accounts across APAC


- Build and nurture relationships with C‑level, decision makers, and key stakeholders in enterprise organizations


- Conduct strict opportunity qualification to ensure fit, and access to decision makers


- Collaborate with internal sales, solution, and ecosystem partners to develop qualified pipeline


- Support account penetration and strategic market expansion within target client segments


- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and adhere to sales governance and reporting standards


- Focus on quality, not quantity; drive high‑potential opportunities that align with our ideal client profile


Target Industries


- BFSI (Banking, Fintech, Payment, Digital Bank, Insurtech)


- Digital Platforms (Marketplace, Subscription, Mobility, E‑commerce Platforms)


- Healthcare Ops (Healthcare Services, Insurance Operations, Pharma Shared Services, Medical Device Support)


What We Look For


- Proven experience in business development, sales hunting, or key account acquisition in APAC


- Strong ability to engage and build trust with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders


- Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently with clear targets


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


- Familiarity with BFSI, Digital Platforms, or Healthcare Ops is a strong advantage


- Experience working with partners, alliances, or complex sales environments is a plus


- No rigid qualification checklist; we value drive, mindset, and ability to deliver
