Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer – Workspace with strong expertise in Omnissa Workspace ONE / VMware Workspace ONE administration, troubleshooting, and enterprise endpoint management. The ideal candidate will provide onsite and remote L2/L3 support, ensure platform stability, and support Workspace ONE operations across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote L2/L3 support for Omnissa Workspace ONE
- Manage Workspace ONE UEM, Access, and related integrations
- Perform proactive monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, authentication, and compliance policies
- Support upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and recovery activities
- Coordinate with vendor/principal support for critical issues
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and technical runbooks
- Maintain logs for incidents, changes, inspections, and daily operational activities
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to internal teams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 5–8 years total experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Omnissa Workspace ONE / VMware Workspace ONE
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments
- L2 or L3 support experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Certifications
- Omnissa Workspace ONE Professional
- VMware Workspace ONE Certification
Salary Range
- 3–5 Years Experience: 90,000 – 108,000
- 5–8 Years Experience: 120,000 – 144,000

- Valid Work Permit / Visa required for Malaysia
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills mandatory
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills preferred
