Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the plastic injection moulding or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, engineering project management, and new product development (NPD).
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents.
Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Candidates are willing to work at Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate engineering projects, including technical studies, product design, specification preparation, technical planning, and product testing activities.
Plan and execute engineering programs to ensure projects meet customer requirements, product quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Oversee new product development (NPD), including process improvement, feasibility evaluation, and project implementation activities.
Coordinate with customers and cross-functional departments to resolve engineering, design, and production-related issues effectively.
Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, design changes, and technical documentation.
Monitor project schedules, departmental performance, and project budgets to achieve operational and business targets.
Prepare project progress reports, technical reports, and management updates from time to time.
Lead, supervise, and develop the engineering team while overseeing overall departmental operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
