Title: Operations Executive
(Path to Operations Manager)

The Role
Arty Learning is looking for a high-caliber Operations Executive to serve as our "Command & Control." As we expand, the Directors need a proactive leader to translate vision into action. This role is designed for someone who wants to master the mechanics of a growing education business and fast-track into a Senior Operations/Operations Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary conduit between 3 Directors and Centre Managers. You ensure that "Director Vision" becomes "Centre Reality."
- Project Governance: Lead management meetings, record key decisions, and translate them into a Master Schedule of Work.
- Accountability & Follow-up: Consolidate action plans and relentlessly follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- HR Strategy & Oversight: While a VA handles basic admin, you will oversee recruitment strategy, manage complex "per-class" payroll logic via Info-Tech, and plan high-level staff development (Retreats, Improvement Programs).
- Systems Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and implement better reporting or communication tools to bridge the gap between centres.
