We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ExperiencedCustomer Service Representative (Noon Shift 2PM-11PM) to join our team based in Bayan Lepas, Penang .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Support account management activities , including order processing and transaction coordination.

  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and consistency.

  • Verify and validate data , resolving discrepancies proactively.

  • Provide product and technical support for transactions and service requests.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual and service standards.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues per service agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.

  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

  • Assist and guide junior staff when required.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business , Logistics, Data Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant operational or data processing experience.

  • Strong attention to detail with accuracy under pressure.

  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work extended hours when required.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
