Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support daily inventory operations, stock control, and inventory documentation.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in inventory management, stock control, warehouse administration, and operations support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Inventory Control Department.
• Monitor stock accuracy and ensure physical inventory matches system records.
• Report inventory discrepancies and stock issues to the Head of Department.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock movement and stock transfers.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory planning when required.
• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Perform accurate inventory data entry and system updates.
• Maintain inventory-related documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and stock records.
• Prepare and update inventory and stock reports.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly stock count activities.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and careful in handling stock records.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
