全职 Service Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,200 in Tan Chong Group Segambut - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and carry out test & repair/exchange for warranty rejected parts.
• Attend walk-in customers' technical issues or enquiries.
• Raise CSR and MDO for Warranty Claims.
• Sort warranty rejection items.
• Assist TA in ensuring rejected items are either returned to supplier or disposed off and prepare Miscellaneous Delivery Order (MDO) and Disposal Note.
• Perform any aftermarket accessories installation work
• Carry out 5S activities in workplace.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Vocational Certificate / Diploma.
• Product Knowledge (Features & Functionalities).
• Product Trouble Shooting & Repairs Skill.
• Customer Service & Customer Complain Handling Skill.
• Vehicle Accessories Installation Skill.
• Able to read & write in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Excel & Word.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
