Your duties may include but is not limited to providing bell service for guests of the hotel, pick-ups and deliveries, and handling guest requests.

· Assign in luggage/baggage storing.

· Patrol the Hotel premises including all floors, rooftop and basement.

· Guard and patrol the Hotel premises and/or its vicinity and direct traffic.

· Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.

· Reports directly to Manager on duty all emergency and incidents.

· You may also be required to monitor the CCTV room and prepare daily report.

· Understand the customer's needs and provide them with recommendations with outdoor activities and facilities provided by the hotel.

· To regularly check all parking lot

· Ensure that the main entrance is attended at all times.

· Helps keep the entrance, Lobby and related areas clean.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
