• Ensure that vessel meets all statutory and regulatory certifications and any additional requirements of the clients.
• Ensure that all repairs to the vessels are carried out timely and in a cost effective manner.
• Prepare docking specifications for the vessels and attend to all dry docking matters.
• Provide support on all onboard vessel related issues.
• Resolve analysis and trouble shooting.
• Liaison with Class / 3rd Party surveyors.
• Maintain and update proper records of vessel reports.
• Provide regular onboard vessel visits to assigned vessels to attend to repairs.
• Proposing and identifying of vendors and good suppliers for vessel spare parts for purchases.
• Undertake any other Technical related assignments as and when required.
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar position.
• Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Third Marine Engineer with minimum Class 3 certification or equivalent with in experience in AHTS, Offshore Supply/Offshore tug/ Dive Support vessels.
• Familiar with ISM / ISPS.
• Company provide accommodation for those who are not local.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
