We are looking for a Junior Linux / Middleware Engineer with strong infrastructure coordination and hands-on technical support experience to join our Infrastructure Support team. The ideal candidate should have exposure to infrastructure projects and solid understanding of server environments and enterprise IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support infrastructure-related projects and operational activities
• Perform hands-on support and administration for server infrastructure environments
• Support Linux/Windows server operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Work closely with infrastructure teams including Server, Network, Backup, and Database teams
• Assist in infrastructure reporting, tracking, and project coordination activities
• Monitor infrastructure environments and support issue resolution
• Maintain awareness of product lifecycle, OS versions, and infrastructure technology trends

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Infrastructure Support / Engineering
• Hands-on experience with:
• RHEL / Linux Administration
• VMware
• Windows & Linux environments
• Exposure to Oracle and MySQL environments
• Experience working on infrastructure projects or project coordination activities
• Good understanding of:
• Server infrastructure
• IT terminology and enterprise infrastructure environments
• Product / OS version management (current and obsolete versions)
• Infrastructure trends and technologies
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Experience preparing reports, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders

Pay: RM3,759.60 - RM6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
