- To plan, coordinate and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow.
- To monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
- To liaise with warehouse, drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient delivery and distribution processes.
- To ensure all delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents are properly prepared, verified, and filed.
- To monitor vehicle scheduling, routing, and ensure optimal utilization of logistics resources.
- To handle and resolve any delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
- To ensure compliance with company SOP, safety regulations, and logistics standards.
- To prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports including delivery performance and shipment status.
- To supervise logistics staff and ensure proper coordination of daily operational tasks.
- To support continuous improvement in logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- To ensure proper usage of system by logistics team and monitor daily attendance/records if applicable.
- To perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic reporting)
- Attention to detail in documentation and data entry
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Able to solve operational issues quickly
- Able to work with team and external parties
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
