We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and optimize critical business applications. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across business systems.
- Monitor application and system performance to ensure high availability and stability.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Document issues, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Support application deployments, remediation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Follow SDLC and Agile practices in day-to-day work.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members when needed.
Required Skills
- Strong Java programming skills.
- Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework (Code First).
- Familiarity with Docker and AWS deployments.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and testing methodologies.
- Experience working in application remediation and support environments.
