Role Description

The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, supervising staff, maintaining site safety, monitoring project progress, and ensuring high-quality execution of works in alignment with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Site Management and ensuring compliance with Construction Safety standards.
• Strong Organization Skills and experience with Budgeting for construction projects.
• Project Management expertise to effectively plan, execute, and complete construction projects on time and within scope.
• Capability to effectively lead and manage teams at construction sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 11 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
