Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure machines and equipment are properly set up and maintained for continuous production.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and breakdowns and carry out repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure all machine records, maintenance logs, and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs or maintenance.
- Collaborate with shift technicians and production teams to ensure maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and efficiency.
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates from other engineering disciplines may be considered if they have extensive hands-on experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Working knowledge of machine programming and PLC systems.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
