HIRING: AEM DEVELOPER / ARCHITECT (INSURANCE DOMAIN)

Are you an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expert with a background in the Insurance industry? We are looking for a high-caliber Application Developer to lead the design and implementation of our digital IT systems!

This is a high-impact role requiring a deep dive into AEM architecture, from OSGi frameworks to seamless Adobe suite integrations.

Role Overview:

• Experience: 2+ Years in IT Application Development (Digital Systems)
• Domain: Insurance Operations & Distribution Channels (Essential)
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Education: Degree in IT from an accredited institution

️ Your Core Mission:

• AEM Architecture: Lead the development using the Java Content Repository (API), Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
• Component Design: Build robust AEM building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and custom workflows.
• Adobe Integration: Seamlessly integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Campaign to drive data-driven customer experiences.
• Full-Stack Connectivity: Manage E2E communication between AEM and internal servers/databases using Servlets, OSGi services, and Ajax.
• Data Migration: Execute complex data migrations within the AEM environment while ensuring system integrity.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Front-End Savvy: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Database Depth: Solid experience with SQL Server, Sybase, or Oracle and T-SQL.
• Infrastructure Familiarity: Comfortable working with Unix and Websphere Application Server.
• The Consultant Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to middle management and stakeholders.
