We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analytics professional to support manpower planning, workforce reporting, and data-driven decision-making for a healthcare environment preparing for new facility operations.
Role Overview
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, hospital leadership, and COE teams to support manpower planning, recruitment readiness, and workforce optimisation. The role requires strong analytical capability to transform HR data into actionable insights for strategic planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and analyse HR data to produce high-quality manpower reports, dashboards, and workforce insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop manpower projections for future operational needs and hospital readiness.
Maintain accurate establishment data, budgeted FTEs, and ensure consistency across HR systems and tracking files.
Design and maintain key workforce indicators to monitor trends, capacity, and performance.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to validate manpower assumptions and ensure alignment with planning requirements.
Ensure HR systems reflect accurate manpower data for budgeting, hiring, and reporting.
Support HR analytics initiatives and other assigned projects as required.
Requirements
Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower planning, HR analytics, or HR operations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data handling
Experience with data visualisation tools is an advantage
Highly meticulous with strong numerical and analytical ability
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player
