Position Title            : IT Data Processing & AI System Specialist

Job Summary :

We are looking for an IT Data Processing & AI System Specialist to support and manage data processing operations for clients across various industries. This role will focus on handling large-scale data processing, system automation, AI-based solutions, and ensuring accurate and efficient data management services for clients.The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, understand database systems and automation workflows, and be passionate about technology, AI systems, and digital transformation services.
Key Responsibilities:

·    Process, validate, and manage client data accurately and efficiently.

·    Develop and maintain data processing systems and automation workflows.

·    Perform data cleaning, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.

·    Create dashboards, reports, and data visualization for internal and client needs.

·    Support AI system implementation and automation projects for operational efficiency.

·    Monitor data quality, system performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.

·    Collaborate with internal teams and clients regarding data requirements and system improvements.

·    Maintain database systems and ensure data security and confidentiality.

·    Prepare technical documentation and operational reports related to data processing activities.

·    Stay updated with the latest AI, automation, and data technology trends to support business development.

Requirements:

·    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

·    Minimum 3 years of experience in data processing, IT systems, business intelligence, AI systems, or related fields.

·    Strong understanding of database management such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

·    Experience in handling large datasets, data analysis, and reporting systems.

·    Familiar with automation systems and AI-related technologies.

·    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.

·    Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, PHP, or JavaScript is an advantage.

·    Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·    Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

·    Good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

·    Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
