We’re an AI startup building cloud-based chatbots that power customer engagement for banks, insurers, and enterprises in regulated industries. Our chatbots run on a multi-tenant, cloud-native platform, designed for scale, security, and high availability.

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who’s passionate about cloud technologies and loves solving complex scaling challenges. You’ll help us run and grow a fleet of production chatbots used by enterprise clients every day.

Responsibilities

• Keep our chatbot platform running smoothly in production
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters and MongoDB databases
• Build CI/CD pipelines to ship features faster and safer
• Automate deployments, monitoring, and recovery
• Work closely with developers to make our systems more reliable, secure, and efficient

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), and scripting (Bash/Python)
• Experience running multi-tenant cloud platforms is a big plus
