Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SCCM / Intune Administrator to manage, support, and optimize endpoint management solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, device compliance, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security administration.

The role involves managing Windows devices, application deployments, OS imaging, policy enforcement, troubleshooting endpoint issues, and supporting modern workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune environments.

Manage device lifecycle including provisioning, enrollment, configuration, compliance, and decommissioning.

Perform software packaging, deployment, and patch management using SCCM/Intune.

Configure and manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.

Create and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.

Monitor endpoint health, deployment status, and troubleshooting issues related to SCCM and Intune.

Manage OS deployment (OSD), imaging, and task sequences.

Configure and maintain co-management between SCCM and Intune.

Implement endpoint security policies using Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access.

Support Azure AD joined and Hybrid Azure AD joined devices.

Troubleshoot client installation, application deployment, update failures, and policy issues.

Generate reports and maintain documentation for endpoint management activities.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams for system improvements.

Ensure endpoint compliance with organizational security standards and IT policies.
