About the Job

We’re seeking a PHP Engineer to support both internal and external project development. Current projects are requested by Japan HQ or external Japanese clients, giving you the opportunity to work on diverse, global assignments. This role focuses on building scalable web applications and cloud services while collaborating closely with teams in Japan and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements by liaising with clients and building project foundations
• Receive feedback and apply adjustments to ensure project success
• Perform coding, interface testing, programming, and system testing
• Provide maintenance and respond to client inquiries, analyzing and resolving issues
• Collaborate with branches in Japan and Vietnam to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
• 5+ years of Web Application Development (B2B or B2C) using PHP, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Basic knowledge of cloud service development (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) including ALB, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, DynamoDB

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 7,000 - RM12,000 (based on experience and skillsets)
• Transportation Allowance: RM 200 (fixed)
