Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: HK$28,000 - 32,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience), plus MPF, medical insurance, annual leave and other company benefits.
Job Title: IT Support EngineerWe are looking for a proactive and responsible IT Support Engineer with 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to all employees, maintaining company IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related equipment and systems. Fluency in Cantonese and good command of English (both written and spoken) are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and efficient technical support to employees for all IT-related issues (PC, server, software, network, etc.) to ensure high work efficiency of colleagues.
Perform daily maintenance and management of company computer hardware and software, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting and update.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers and projectors, as well as communication equipment and multimedia devices.
Maintain telephone systems, access control and monitoring systems, computer room and meeting rooms, ensuring their normal operation.
Familiar with LAN/WAN network knowledge, able to configure and troubleshoot routers, switches and firewalls.
Preliminarily familiar with Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems, and able to solve related problems on PC and server sides.
Strictly abide by relevant information security systems and regulations in work, maintain good information security awareness and professional ethics.
Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary to resolve complex technical issues.
Keep records of IT support requests and maintenance work, and summarize and optimize support processes regularly.
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related majors.
At least 3 years of relevant IT support or desktop support experience.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; good command of English (written and spoken), able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties.
Strong service awareness, proactive work attitude, high sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
Excellent communication skills, learning ability and pressure resistance, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good information security awareness and professional quality, able to strictly comply with company IT policies and regulations.
Proficient in Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot PC and server problems.
Familiar with LAN/WAN network knowledge, experienced in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches and firewalls.
Experience in maintaining telephone systems, access control and monitoring systems is preferred.
Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and adapt to the changing IT environment.
