We’re the team helping Arnott’s win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott’s Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region. We’re behind brands found in real kitchens and real snack drawers, from Campbell’s and Prego to Kimball & Cheong Chan, plus Swanson, GoodTime, and Nyam Nyam. We’re also part of the Arnott’s family that includes icons like Tim Tam, Shapes, and Farm Bake Cookies.


Summary of the role

Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence, you will be a key driver of operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making within our sales organization. This role is responsible for providing critical insights through advanced data analysis, maintaining robust reporting frameworks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations through proactive master data management and stakeholder coordination.


What you’ll be doing

  • Sales Reporting & Insights: Utilize Power BI dashboards to check, update, and ensure the daily circulation of sales performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Ad-Hoc Analytics: Provide timely support for diverse analytics requirements using Excel and Power BI to solve business queries.
  • Sales Team & Master Data Management: Maintain biographical records for the sales team and update critical master data in Salesforce to ensure operational continuity.
  • Market Hygiene & Trade Support: Track and analyze "Bad Stocks Returns" to support corrective actions, and manage the resolution of trade complaints.
  • Outbound Coordination: Partner with Customer Service teams to communicate and align outbound delivery plans with key distributor partners.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support Sales Excellence initiatives and special projects designed to drive process innovation and team performance.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales analytics, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard maintenance, experience with Salesforce CRM, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and data visualization capabilities.
